SMILE Inc, was set up by a private donor, currently supports a number of initiatives including a bursary scheme which seeks to create pathways for pupils aged 16 plus in the Magherafelt area; Hope Cafe in Magherafelt which provides foodbank services, debt and budgeting support, provide both immediate relief and long-term pathways out of hardship.
SMILE INC also funds music bursaries through the Rainey Endowed school. These bursaries can be used to cover the costs related to GCSE & A Level Music, help students to participate in and enjoy music opportunities, enable pupils to continue in education in a related subject, and help break down barriers to employment, apprenticeships or training courses in a related area.
