Street NI

Street NI is a charity that uses sport and programmes to help tackle homelessness, unemployment, addiction, mental health issues and more. They run four social enterprises, which includes:

Street NI Charity Shop, which sells second hand furniture and clothes;

  • Street NI Charity Shop, which sells second hand furniture and clothes
  • Street Store,  a shop selling new electrical appliances and beds at affordable prices
  • Street Move,  a ‘man with a van’ removal service supporting people with house and office moves
  • Street PAT Service (Portable Appliance Testing) provides an annual service for hostels, charities and businesses across NI to keep the work place safe and compliant with the law. 

Belfast Charitable Society has agreed to fund grant  the costs of a business manager post, to support these social enterprises, which generate much needed funds for those experiencing homelessness.
