Radius Housing

Radius Housing is one of Northern Ireland’s leading housing associations, providing quality and affordable housing, care and support to over 33,000 households across 80 towns and cities. Belfast Charitable Society’s partnership with Radius reflects a shared commitment to caring for those most in need. Radius now operates the majority of Clifton House, running a 27-bed residential home for older people and sheltered accommodation apartments within the building. This arrangement allows Belfast Charitable Society to continue fulfilling its founding purpose of providing sanctuary and support to vulnerable people, doing so through its physical assets rather than direct delivery. The partnership ensures that around 90% of Clifton House continues to be used for the care of older people, honouring over 250 years of charitable work within those walls.
