Our Team
Belfast Charitable Society is managed by a small, dedicated team ensuring that the philanthropic work which the society was set up for, continues. The team manages the many grants and programmes which support the most vulnerable in our society.

Paula Reynolds
Chief ExecutivePaula Reynolds is the Chief Executive of Belfast Charitable Society and Clifton House Centre. Paula is also responsible for the Mary Ann McCracken Foundation and is Chair of the North Belfast Heritage Cluster.

Corporate Services ManagerLucy Fraser is Corporate Services Manager, overseeing the facilities at Clifton House, finances and events.

Lauren Kendall
Head of ProgrammesLauren Kendall manages manages a range of philanthropic grants programmes, grant making on behalf of the BCS and its donors; alongside the management of other programmes including heritage development at Clifton House and a multi-faceted heritage project in lower north Belfast.

Dr Lauren Smyth
HistorianDr Lauren Smyth is the historian based at Clifton House, and responsible for the heritage development activities of Belfast Charitable Society, Clifton House and the Mary Ann McCracken Foundation.

AdministratorAmy Frazer is the administrator based at Clifton House, and has admin responsibilities for Clifton House Centre activities and for those of Belfast Charitable Society.
